I had a mixed experience here. I really liked Dr. Pappas, he was kind and made me feel comfortable. But the rest of the experience wasn’t great. The IV insertion hurt really bad and felt very rushed. The anesthesiologist made me feel uncomfortable about being a cannabis user and even made a comment in front of my mom saying I needed to find better hobbies, which felt unprofessional and embarrassing. I also had a hard time waking up after the procedure and felt the effects of the anesthesia into the next day and couldn’t perform my normal job duties. Overall I just wish the staff had better bedside manner.

The facility is clean, modern and well outfitted. The staff was very professional and welcoming. My procedure was carried out with the utmost efficiency. I even received a follow up phone call from the facility a couple days later to check on how I was doing.
